I really like my Jazz shape violins and couldn’t resist making this one a couple of years ago now. I’ve just had it sitting here to remind myself that I actually was a violin maker once upon a time!
It’s got a typically full ‘Phillips’ sound, is comfortable under the ear and plays with plenty of volume. What’s not to like?
It’s a lovely ‘honey’ brown colour, is fitted with fine tuning precision Knilling pegs and comes in a new case.
Certainly a rarity!
