The Rev-o-lin is defined by the unique and novel idea that the ribs on the treble side are lower than the ribs on the bass side. This gives a quicker and cleaner response to the higher notes, and a fuller and deeper response to the D and G strings.
I’ve never seen this before, but it seems to work. The Rev-o-lin principle can be applied to any of my violin designs, including 5 stringers, and, along with other selected features makes some most original violins.
